Check with your provider as to whether the level of cover you have includes Dietetics, how many consultations they cover and the proportion of fees they will pay out.
Possible additional charges may be incurred but will be discussed in advance for:
-
Travel costs
-
If I request a medical report or copy of test results from your GP, they may charge up to £50 for this as per NHS guidance. If they do, you will be liable to pay this as an extra – but I would check this with you first.
-
For some complex issues, consultations may take longer, so charges may alter.
All rates quoted cover the cost of resources paperwork and travelling time. My fees reflect the additional time outside a consultation that I spend on report writing, writing support materials and keeping up to date with the latest research and best practice, as well as the day-to-day admin time costs involved in running a high quality business. They correspond to the British Dietetic Association's recommended pricing structure.
You will be invoiced following a session and payment is due within a week of the invoice being sent to you via BACS payment.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to your consultation. If cancellations are made within 24 hours, 50% of the total fee may be required.
