For 1:1 confidential support with your eating disorder, you can contact me in whichever way you feel most comfortable with.
Schools:
I provide support to education providers, specifically secondary schools and sixth form colleges, owing to evidence that eating disorders tend to emerge in late adolescence and early adulthood (Int. Journal Eating Disorders, 2016). These findings emphasise the need for effective eating disorder prevention for early adolescents. By way of presentation, to either large or small groups, as well as 1:1 support, I work with schools to address the issues of eating disorders. As a specialist in this field, I am able to support pupils, their parents and staff in a structured and clinically experienced manner. You can book me in to come and speak in your school by contacting me directly.
